India Bangladesh Friendship

 A new era of friendship has started between India and Bangladesh.

Like a good Neighbour India has helped Bangladesh in every field of development. A few years ago  India launched a communication satellite for Bangladesh. Indian scientists helped Bangladesh to built their Satellite. It marked a new milestone between the friendship of these two neighbours. 

Bangladesh is very important for India. To counter China influence in Bangladesh India has taken several steps. India has offered line of credit to Bangladesh. India has also offered its Tejas to Bangladesh. Few weeks ago Tejas participated in aero show in Bangladesh.

Today Prime Minister Narendra Modi landed in Bangladesh. Bangladesh Prime Minister Shiekh Hasina was present at airport. She welcomed Modi. Both leaders were looking happy. Grand of houner was given to modi. Modi went there to attend its Golden Jubilee celebrations of independence and the birth centenary of Sheikh Mujibur Rahman, the country’s founder and father of current Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina.

India play a great role in the independence of Bangladesh.  Pakistan's army tried to suppress the Bengalis Before 1971 Bangladesh was known as East Pakistan. Urdu was imposed on the public. When Shiekh Mujibur Rahman gain victory in election, West Pakistan's punjabi dominant establishment did not recognise his victory. 

Being tortured by army millions of people came in india as refugee. Due to this india had to intervien in matter. This led to the war of 1971 and indipendence of bangladesh.
