Obesity- A Silent Killer

 Being obese there is high risk of heart attack, cancer and diabetes.

Today we will see about the problem which not prevailing not only in India bit in whole world.

It is the dream of every boy and girl to have a fit and healthy body. Everyone wants to get rid from plump physic. Fit body has its own significance It describes your personality and lifestyle. 

People try many remedies to get a fit body but they didn't notice any result. 

Lets see some asanas to reduce weight- 

  • Uttanasana or Standing Forward Bend- 
It is good for digestive tract, liver and kidney.

Keep your legs hip width apart parallel to each other. While inhaling takes your arms over head. As you exhaled start bending forward from your hips. Go down with inhalation and lengthen your spine while bending. Once you reach your limits keeps your arms right beside your feet. 

Try this 2 to 3 times for better results. 

  • Dandasana or Plank Pose- 
It is very good for core and back. It is beneficial for your feet also.

Stand an your knees and go on yoir all fours. Your wrist should be under your shoulders. Take your right leg back and then your left leg. Do not try to look forward. You should look down. Push your shoulders away from your ears. 

Stay in the position for atleast 30 seconds for better results.

  • Naukasana or Boat Pose- 
Sit with your head neck trunk aligned. Your next angle should be like a hut or an inverted 'V'. Shift your hips a little back and takes your legs up along with your arms Your legs should be in line with your forehead. 

It is very good for belly. Hold this posture for as long as you can.
